Pre-Order Policy for K-pop Merchandise

Thank you for choosing to shop with us! Pre-ordering K-pop merchandise is a great way to secure limited edition items before they sell out. Please review our pre-order policy below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

1. Pre-Order Availability

• Pre-orders are available for select items, marked as "Pre-order" on the product page.
• Pre-order items will be shipped once the official release date has passed.

2. Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of pre-order.
• Payments are processed immediately upon order confirmation.

3. Estimated Shipping Date

• Pre-order items will be shipped on or around the official release date, unless otherwise stated.
• We will notify you via email of any delays or updates to your order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Pre-order items will be shipped with your other items once they are in stock. If you wish to receive in-stock items immediately, please place a separate order for those items.
• Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. International shipping may take longer.
• Please note that all pre-order items are shipped directly from South Korea, so shipping may take a little longer due to international delivery.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

• Pre-orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Please double-check your order before confirming.
• In case of any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for assistance.

6. Limited Edition Items

• Some pre-order items are limited edition and may only be available while supplies last. Once the pre-order window closes, we cannot guarantee the availability of these items.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective pre-order item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist with a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

8. First Press / Exclusive Bonuses

• For items with special bonuses (e.g., limited photocards, posters, or pin badges), these are only available for pre-orders or while supplies last.
• Once the first press or exclusive bonuses are sold out, they will no longer be available.
